Job summary

Architecture Social in London is seeking a Project Architect to lead residential and mixed-use schemes across RIBA stages. You will work within a mid-sized studio known for collaboration and delivering live projects, coordinating through masterplanning to interiors.

We require ARB registration and strong Revit skills, with a hybrid working arrangement between studio and home. You will contribute to eight live projects over the coming year.

Qualifications

• A R B Architect registration or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience leading residential or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to manage projects across RIBA stages and ensure delivery.
• Proficient in Revit for detailed coordination.

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial mixed-use projects as the Project Architect.
• Take projects across RIBA stages from masterplanning through interiors.
• Contribute to a live programme of eight projects over the next twelve months.
• Produce and coordinate delivery in Revit.
• Hold the detail so buildings are carefully detailed and coordinated.
