Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Senior Architect in Greater Manchester to lead residential and regeneration projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design quality, and act as the primary client contact across public and private sector schemes.

The ideal candidate has ARB registration, strong technical knowledge of UK construction methods, and extensive Revit/BIM experience to drive projects through planning and construction

Qualifications

• ARB registration with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record delivering residential projects, including volume housing.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and regeneration projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project delivery, programme and design quality.
• Act as main client contact and lead client meetings.
