Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is partnering with a London architectural practice to hire a Project Architect for data centre projects. Based in Central London with hybrid working, you’ll lead major projects from concept through construction and produce BIM information using Revit.

The ideal candidate will have ARB registration and RIBA qualification with 3+ years post-Part 3, strong Revit skills, and a track record delivering technically complex schemes. UK and international exposure await.

Qualifications

• ARB registered and RIBA qualified Architect with 3+ years' post-Part 3 experience.
• Strong Revit skillset.
• Experience delivering technically complex projects.
• Data centre experience highly desirable, or experience within mission-critical, industrial or another transferable sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead major architectural projects and work packages.
• Work across projects from concept and planning through to construction.
• Produce high-quality planning and construction information in Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to design, technical and delivery discussions.
• Take increasing responsibility as the London studio continues to grow.
