Working on large-scale mixed-tenure developments across London and the UK, this role offers the opportunity to lead significant housing projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, consultants and developers.
The position would suit an Architect with strong residential experience who enjoys taking projects from concept through planning and delivery, while playing an active role in shaping sustainable, well-designed communities.
Working within a specialist housing team, you'll take a leading role on large residential developments, helping to develop design proposals, coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery across multiple RIBA stages. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects respond to planning policy, design standards and commercial objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and placemaking.
