Job summary

TW-2 Architects is a Buckinghamshire-based design orientated practice seeking a Senior Architect with a strong technical background to lead a small office team and oversee projects through technical design and construction.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of UK architectural experience, with a focus on construction-stage delivery and coordination with major residential developers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable to ensure technical excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ UK architectural experience, with focus on construction-stage delivery.
• Experience with major UK housebuilders and residential developers is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.

TW-2 Architects is a design orientated RIBA Chartered Practice based in Buckinghamshire. Our diverse portfolio of projects, many of which are award winning, are predominantly found in London and the South-East.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing projects through the technical design and construction stages. The role involves leading a small office-based team, coordinating closely with the site team, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects for one of UK's leading sustainable housebuilders, with a strong focus on technical excellence, programme, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ UK architectural experience, with a particular focus on construction-stage delivery, technical detailing, and coordination. Experience working with major UK housebuilders and residential developers is highly desirable.

Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.

This role is suited to an Architect who excels in the technical and construction aspects of projects, with the ability to manage projects from detailed design through to completion, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate effectively with housebuilders, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
