Job summary

TW-2 Architects is a Buckinghamshire-based design orientated practice seeking a Senior Architect with a strong technical background to lead a small office team and oversee projects through technical design and construction.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of UK architectural experience, with a focus on construction-stage delivery and coordination with major residential developers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable to ensure technical excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ UK architectural experience, with focus on construction-stage delivery.
• Experience with major UK housebuilders and residential developers is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small office-based team and coordinate closely with the site team.
• Oversee delivery of projects from technical design through construction stages.
• Coordinate with housebuilders, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders to ensure technical excellence.
