Job summary

Verda is seeking a Senior Architect to shape and design our industrial facilities and data-center projects across EMEA. You will define the envelope, interior layouts, and security zoning while ensuring compliance with building codes and public visibility requirements.

You will collaborate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, translating complex engineering needs into coherent architectural solutions for sites that span multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture is required.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial or mission-critical facility design is preferred.
• Strong command of building code and permitting is essential.
• Ability to coordinate closely with engineering disciplines.
• Experience designing data centers or large industrial facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the building envelope and interior space planning and layout.
• Define security zoning within the facility.
• Ensure building code compliance across markets.
• Coordinate architectural aesthetics for facilities with public visibility.
• Work alongside structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering so the architecture and the systems fit together.
