Verda is hiring a Site Selection Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure sites across EMEA with a focus on the Nordic region. The role involves active site evaluations and managing broker relationships directly to ensure efficient deals.

This position requires significant experience in data center site selection with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and power infrastructure. Frequent travel across EMEA will be necessary, and the work mode is remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center site selection or power infrastructure development.
• Experience sourcing powered land or power shell assets.
• Familiarity with the Nordic & UK market and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate powered land plots across EMEA.
• Manage the pre-acquisition process from shortlist to signed.
• Develop relationships with landowners and utility providers.
