Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Architect for a well-established Birmingham practice. You will lead design and delivery across Industrial & Logistics and Commercial sectors, owning projects from concept to completion within a collaborative studio.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive high-quality technical information using BIM tools in a supportive environment with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experienced Architect or Senior Architect with UK practice background.
• Experience in Industrial & Logistics and Commercial projects preferred.
• Confident working independently and in a team with strong technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across Industrial & Logistics and Commercial sectors.
• Develop high-quality architectural solutions balancing design and end-user needs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors through RIBA stages.
• Produce drawings and technical information and oversee design documentation.
• Support planning, technical development and project delivery.
• Attend meetings and foster strong professional relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across disciplines.
• Contribute to the practice's ongoing design-led approach.
