Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an ARB registered Architect to lead a major commercial office project in Bristol, from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion. The role requires strong technical delivery, Revit proficiency, and ability to coordinate consultants and stakeholders.

You will work with senior team members to ensure design intent is maintained and that programme and quality standards are met across all stages. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• ARB registered Architect.
• 3+ years post-qualification UK experience.
• Commercial or office project experience.
• Strong planning and building regulations knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design development from Stage 2 onwards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Prepare statutory and planning submissions.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders.
