Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the design direction for industrial and manufacturing projects in the Birmingham area. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and contribute to proposals and project methodologies.

The role requires ARB registration, strong Revit/BIM capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex industrial facilities, data centres and logistics projects within UK regulations.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Experience with BIM-enabled project delivery using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction across industrial projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate inputs from structural, MEP, process and other teams.
• Develop proposals, fee submissions and design programmes.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support business growth.
