Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading production packages on large projects.
• Good knowledge of Revit and Building Regulations.
• ARB registered Architect with current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Take a brief and develop it into design in line with RIBA Plan of Work.
• Prepare compliant designs following UK laws and standards.
• Participate in project reviews and coordination workshops.
• Support statutory submissions (Planning / Building Regulations).
• Attend meetings with Clients, Designers and Contractors.
