Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development on education projects across universities, schools and colleges. You will shape schemes from concept through to completion, collaborating with a seasoned team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires ARB/RIBA qualification, 5+ years post-qualification experience, strong design/technical skills, and fluency with Revit and AutoCAD. Hybrid/flexible working options are available.

Formación

• ARB/RIBA qualified Architect.
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Education-sector experience is essential.
• Strong design and technical ability.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Play a key part in the design and technical development of live Education projects.
• Work with an experienced team on a mix of higher education, school and college schemes.
• Bring a balance of creative flair and technical know-how to every stage of a project.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and the wider project team, in writing, in conversation and in the presentation room.
