Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification UK experience.
• ARB registration (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential) with demonstrable portfolio evidence.
• Proven experience delivering projects within the Education sector.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and Education-specific compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and guide project teams.
• Support and lead growth of the Education portfolio within the region.
