Job summary

10 Design seeks an experienced Architect Associate to lead design delivery in our London studio. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive design excellence, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

With 8+ years in a design-led practice, you will steer client relationships, integrate MEP and structural inputs, and contribute to business development within an internationally recognised practice. Hybrid working with 4 days in London is available.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect (RIBA Part III) or international equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience within a design-led architectural practice.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
• Experience delivering UK and/or international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and take ownership of project delivery across a variety of project types and work stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders to ensure coherent design outcomes.
• Provide design leadership from concept through to detailed design while maintaining quality and programme.
• Oversee technical design packages, site coordination and construction-stage activities.
• Mentor Architects and junior staff, supporting staff development and recruitment.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and client meetings to grow business opportunities.
