Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect in Edinburgh to lead multiple projects from inception to completion. You will prepare building regulations, planning and technical information and deliver design solutions and construction packages.

The role requires ARB registration, a post RIBA Part 3 qualification with UK experience, and proficiency in Revit. The candidate will manage projects within the residential sector and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• ARB registered and active in UK practice.
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification required with UK experience.
• Proficient with Revit and able to manage project drawings.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion

Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within UK Practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector
• Experience working across all RIBA Work stages
• Excellent drawing and designs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
