Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect in Winchester to lead residential projects from inception to completion. You will prepare building regulations, planning and technical information, and produce design solutions and construction packages while liaising with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships.

ARB registered with significant UK practice experience is required; expertise in Revit or Vectorworks and mastery of all RIBA stages is highly valued.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with UK practice experience.
• Significant post-RIBA qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit or Vectorworks.
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
• Experience with Masterplanning is advantageous.
• Experience across all RIBA work stages.
• Ability to contribute to and develop a robust pipeline of work for the client.
• Experience managing more junior team members in a previous role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Winchester area.
