Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Technical Architect to join a leading RIBA chartered practice delivering projects across the UK and internationally.

You will be ARB registered with post RIBA Part 3 experience, proficient in Revit, and able to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• ARB registration and Part 3 professional status.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 0–7.
• Strong project management and coordination across teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce creative design solutions.
• Develop high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.

Duties for the role of Technical Architect include:

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion

Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Strong experience working across RIBA stages 0 through to 7
• Excellent Technical detailing skills
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations
