The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order-to-Cash, at Senior or Analyst level, with a proactive problem-solving approach and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order-to-Cash at Senior or Analyst level.
• Proven ability to investigate aged debt and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Reduce aged debt and resolve complex customer queries.
• Own outstanding queries and drive resolution through to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and Finance to improve processes.
• Produce accurate AR reporting and analysis using Excel.
