Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior AR Analyst, Credit Control in London to own billing, cash allocation, and collections for our UK venue portfolio. You will work with Sales, Operations and Procurement to keep cash flowing and maintain clean customer accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/finance, strong NetSuite and Excel skills, and experience with enterprise invoicing platforms. This is a UK-based in-office opportunity with industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Finance experience.
• Strong NetSuite and Excel proficiency.
• Experience handling enterprise client invoicing and collections is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own AR operations across the UK venues and manage invoicing workflow.
• Lead credit control with proactive collection cycles and escalations as needed.
• Perform multi-bank cash allocations and reconcile accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Procurement to ensure timely cash flow.
