Convene Hospitality Group in London is seeking an organized AR Analyst, Credit Control Administrator to manage portal administration, PO tracking, payment processing and day‑to‑day credit control. You will secure POs before events, upload invoices to client portals, chase missing POs, and support urgent collections in a fast‑paced events environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Sales Operations.
• Assertive communication style with strong attention to detail and urgency around event‑driven deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Sync accounts, billing details, and contacts between systems.
• Verify and finalize MSAs, schedules, and enterprise credit terms for opportunities.
• Log billing queries and maintain records; support month‑end tasks.
