Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking an AR Analyst, Credit Control Administrator in London. The role focuses on portal administration, PO tracking, payment processing and day-to-day credit control for the UK market. It combines finance with live operations to ensure timely billing and collections for events.

You will secure POs, upload invoices to client portals, and support month-end tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Sales Operations.
• Assertive communication style with strong attention to detail and urgency around event-driven deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sync new accounts, billing details and AP contacts between CRM systems and NetSuite.
• Verify MSAs and enterprise credit terms when closing opportunities.
• Log billing queries and maintain records of customer communication.
• Chase missing Purchase Orders to prevent billing delays.
• Attach POs to invoices and re-issue updated invoices as needed.
• Set up vendor portals (Coupa/Ariba/Taulia) and upload invoices.
• Process payment link requests to enable quick card payments.
• Update billing addresses and billing contacts in NetSuite/CRM.
• Lead urgent collections for upcoming events and issue statements.
