Job summary

Oxfam GB in Oxford is seeking an experienced apprenticeships and learning operations lead to shape and deliver the organisation’s apprenticeship offer across functions. You will oversee providers, governance, learner journeys and the use of data to drive quality and impact, while aligning programmes with workforce needs and future skills priorities.

You will work within the Learning, Talent & Engagement team, coordinating learning logistics, planning, scheduling, learner records and reporting,

Qualifications

• Significant experience with apprenticeship funding, levy systems and governance.
• Proven track record leading apprenticeship programmes and provider management.
• Experience in managing complex learning operations and learner support.
• Strong data analysis and MI reporting to inform decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oxfam's apprenticeship provision and learning operations across the organisation.
• Oversee providers, governance, performance monitoring and quality assurance.
• Coordinate learner journeys, scheduling, records and reporting.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and impact.
• Build relationships across functions and influence stakeholders to deliver solutions.
