Aon is seeking a Senior Early Careers Development Specialist to shape apprenticeships, graduates and interns across the UK and EMEA. This hybrid role blends virtual delivery with time in our London office, collaborating with Early Careers, HR and Talent Acquisition to create engaging learning experiences.

You will influence curriculum, lead on onboarding, monitor learner progress, and drive improvements using feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Early Careers, apprenticeship, graduate, learning or talent development programmes
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Knowledge of UK apprenticeships, professional studies or funded learning pathways
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence a range of audiences
• Experience using data, reporting and feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Strong organisational skills, with experience managing programme and project administration
• Passion for colleague development, inclusion and creating an outstanding Early Careers experience

Responsabilités

• Supporting delivery of graduate, apprentice and internship development programmes across the UK and EMEA
• Coordinating in person and virtual inductions, learning sessions, development activities and colleague engagement initiatives
• Lead elements of UK apprenticeship development and professional studies activity including onboarding, learner progress and programme quality
• Provide practical guidance to colleagues, managers and stakeholders on apprenticeships, qualifications and funded learning pathways
• Manage relationships with learning providers, professional bodies and business sponsors
• Create engaging programme communications, newsletters and learning materials; manage central mailbox and queries
• Manage programme operations, including attendance, reporting, invoices and supplier payments
• Build trusted relationships across Early Careers, HR, Talent Acquisition and the wider business
• Support Talent Acquisition with pre-joining engagement, onboarding activity and events for incoming cohorts
• Producing programme insights, reporting and recommendations to improve learner outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through Workday, Microsoft 365, automation and AI
• Support regional and global Early Careers projects, programme expansion and organisational change
