Job summary

Future Publishing is seeking a Talent Development professional to coordinate group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes across the organisation. The role covers administering digital modules, induction processes, and e-learning, partnering with Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices.

You will work with the Senior ESG Associate on diversity and community programmes, using LMS and survey tools to ensure seamless programme delivery and track success

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital learning assets or using learning management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with a structured approach to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, administration, and scheduling of induction, training, and e-learning programmes.
• Support the creation of digital, self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and managers, supporting their learning needs.
• Oversee the Apprenticeship Levy administration in England, ensuring effective use and monitoring learning provider performance.
• Partner with the Senior ESG Associate to design and roll out impactful diversity and community programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote development programmes and track success metrics.
