Qualifications

• Background in the apprenticeship or skills sector.
• History of successful business development and sales.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into sign-ups.
• Strong B2B sales experience.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and targets.
• Experience attending networking events.
• Passion for building relationships with employers, stakeholders and learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting with employers to initiate conversations.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective employers based on coaching programs and industry needs.
• Facilitate discussions on digital transformation and workforce development planning.
• Secure commitments from employers for apprenticeship delivery and coaching programs.
• Enhance the provider's reputation for tech and digital apprenticeships.
• Attend networking events to generate leads and foster employer relationships.
• Account manage allocated employers and support the learner journey.
• Identify strategies for revenue growth and future opportunities.
