Due to expansion, we currently need a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our growing Operational Trading Support Team. The team is expanding to meet our customer's needs, providing Incident Management, Project Testing, Project Deployment, and Service Improvements.

What will you be doing?

As a senior team member, you will lead by example and mentor other team members. You will also develop and deliver Service Improvements, identifying areas for enhancement. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing end-to-end application support for a large set of Business Users across Web and Client-based applications
• Monitoring Production environments for issues and process failures, responding to and resolving incidents
• Escalating and communicating issues to Business Users and Service Delivery teams to restore services swiftly within SLAs

• Experience assessing, designing, and implementing Service Improvements
• Mentoring junior Application Support Engineers
• Exposure to technologies such as Tibco Middleware (Business Works), ETRM Software, PI Historian, .Net
