Anderson Clark in Hertford is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer for an office-based role. You will manage the full AP process for international group entities, handle multi-currency payments, supplier reconciliations, and support month-end and audits.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, contribute ideas for process improvements, and help train junior team members in a fast-paced finance environment with real autonomy.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years’ accounts payable experience.
• Solid multi currency experience.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Calm under deadline pressure.
• Navision or similar ERP experience, plus good Excel skills (bonus).

Responsabilités

• Run the full AP process across international Group entities, from invoices and approvals to payments.
• Process multi-currency payments.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and audits.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across procurement, finance and operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
