Job summary

Absolute Recruit Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP across multiple entities and regions in a high-volume, international environment. You will process invoices, secure approvals, and manage multi-currency supplier payments.

The role requires at least five years of AP experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail to support month-end close and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in accounts payable, ideally in a busy international or multi-entity environment.
• Strong experience handling multi-currency supplier payments and end-to-end AP cycle.
• Proficient with ERP systems (Navision or similar) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end AP across multiple entities and regions.
• Process and review high volumes of supplier invoices with proper approvals.
• Manage international supplier payments and multi-currency settlements.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and provide AP documentation for audits.
