We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to help grow and evolve Royal London’s mobile capability. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact, shape how we build high-quality native Android experiences and deliver new features and enhancements for our customers.
You will play a key role within our Android development team, combining hands‑on engineering expertise with collaboration, technical guidance and support for other engineers. Working with mobile, API and platform colleagues, you will contribute to the evolution of our applications and the engineering practices that underpin them.
You will bring strong commercial experience in native Android development and the confidence to take ownership of complex technical work while supporting others. We are particularly interested in the depth of your mobile engineering expertise, your approach to quality and the applications you have helped deliver.
Experience Azure within financial services or regulated environments would be useful, but it is not essential. We value strong native Android capability and your willingness to learn supporting technologies.
