Royal London Group is seeking a Technical Specialist to shape customer-facing technology across mobile apps, web portals, IAM and adviser platforms. We’re investing in our Digital Engineering capability and are looking for a Technical Specialists to help shape the future of our customer and colleague-facing technology. This newly created role will provide deep technical expertise across multiple teams, helping solve complex challenges, guide best practice and influence future technology direction. You’ll join as a specialist within Mobile and you will work across a broad portfolio of services, including mobile applications, web portals, Identity and Access Management, Contact Centre services and emerging adviser experience platforms.
We’re looking for collaborative technical experts who enjoy working across teams, building relationships and helping others solve complex engineering problems. You’ll be comfortable providing consultancy and guidance, influencing stakeholders and translating technical concepts for different audiences. You may already be operating at this level, or you may be ready to step into a broader role where you can have more influence across platforms, standards and engineering practices.
As a Technical Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to support teams across Digital Engineering, helping shape technical decisions and strengthen capability across the function.
