Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Senior Android Engineer to design, build and maintain the Pret customer-facing mobile app. You will lead technical decisions, mentor colleagues and help drive Pret’s digital transformation, collaborating closely with product owners.

The role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in Manchester in a hybrid setup, with typical three days in the office. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hands-on engineer with proficiency in Kotlin.
• Experience leading technical decisions to produce maintainable apps.
• Self-motivated, passionate and team-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
