Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking an experienced Human Anatomy Unit Deputy and Lab Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the anatomy teaching facility at Charing Cross Campus. You will supervise a technical team, coordinate anatomy, clinical skills and pathology sessions, ensure HTA and health and safety compliance, and oversee facilities and resources to support undergraduate, postgraduate, external education and research activities.

Open-ended, full-time role on site (35 hours/week).

Qualifications

Degree in Anatomy, Biological Sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience in senior technical roles in an anatomy teaching lab.
Experience in line management and supervising staff.
Experience in HR protocol implementation.
Experience with HTA regulations and SOP development.

Responsibilities

Support leadership and operations of a multidisciplinary anatomical services facility.
Supervise a technical team and ensure teaching/operational delivery.
Coordinate preparation and delivery of anatomy, clinical skills and pathology sessions.
Ensure compliance with HTA, health and safety, and institutional policies.
Oversee maintenance and development of teaching facilities and equipment.
