Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Faculty Technical Operations Coordinator to deliver joined-up asset and facility management across the Faculty of Medicine estate. You will support Departments, manage equipment and shared facilities, and maintain asset data using databases and laboratory systems.

You will report to the Faculty Campus Operations Manager and oversee the FoM Equipment and Service Technician, guiding development and ensuring alignment with Imperial values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously and organise workload effectively.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in higher education or lab environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Departments in asset and facilities management across the FoM estate.
• Line manage the FoM Equipment and Service Technician and develop staff.
• Maintain asset data and monitor facilities using databases and systems.
• Collaborate with Faculty Centre teams and Senior Laboratory Managers.
