Job summary

Moody's is seeking an Assistant Director - Product Manager (Business Intelligence) to own analytics product strategy and adoption. You will translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and drive delivery across analytics, data, and engineering teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, shape roadmaps, and ensure value delivery for Moody's Analytics. A strong background in BI tools and data platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 5+ years in product management, BI, analytics or related discipline.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, use cases, and translate into product requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics product strategy, priorities and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points and use cases.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and backlog items.
• Define the business problem, users, value and decisions for investments.
• Validate assumptions with stakeholders and users.
• Coordinate with analytics, data, engineering and business teams to sequence work.
• Drive adoption planning, communications, launch readiness and feedback loops.
• Define product success metrics, monitor usage and improve impact.
• Prepare narratives, roadmaps and decision materials for senior leaders.
