Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director (Bespoke Analytics Lead) to join the Audit Data Analytics team. You will own the commercial, operational and people strategy for bespoke analytics, leading a ACA/ACCA-qualified audits team delivering client-specific analytical solutions across the practice.

You will build strategic relationships with senior partners, shape the analytics narrative in major tenders and ensure sustainable delivery across the firm.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified with an audit background.
• Strong ability to lead senior stakeholder conversations and drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience taking analytical projects from concept to production in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with senior audit partners and RIs; drive analytics adoption.
• Lead the commercial positioning of analytics in tenders and engagements.
• Set direction for bespoke analytics, scaling value across audit.
• Oversee delivery model, manage demand, prioritisation and resourcing.
• Build a high-performing team with clear progression and a culture of quality.
