Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an ambitious graduate to join our Audit Data Analytics Team. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and audit, building analytics tools and delivering data-led insights that support high-quality client work.

From day one you’ll collaborate with industry experts, develop technical and commercial skills, and progress toward ACA qualification while contributing to impactful audits across sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points and right to work in the UK as specified.
• Interest in technology and data analytics with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.
• Background in maths, computer science, economics or finance is useful but not essential.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL or Python is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand engagement risks, data sources and the audit questions analytics must answer.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyse client data to support audit procedures across sectors.
• Run tailored analytics for engagements, including complex scenarios.
• Develop repeatable analytical approaches to improve audit evidence quality.
• Translate analytical results into outputs usable by audit teams.
• Build audit, accounting and data skills toward ACA qualification.
