Job summary

RSM UK is seeking ambitious graduates to join the Audit Data Analytics Team, combining analytics with professional excellence to shape modern audits. You will work at the intersection of technology and data-led insight from day one, collaborating with industry experts and developing both technical and commercial skills.

You’ll gain experience by analyzing client data, running tailored analytics, and translating results into actionable outputs while working toward the ACA qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent) or Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers; Irish Leaving Certificate acceptable.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Genuine interest in technology and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration ability.
• Close attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to adapt to change and continuous learning.
• Background in maths, CS, economics, finance or related field is useful but not essential.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL or Python is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand engagement risks, data sources and audit questions analytics must answer with audit teams.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyse client data to support audit procedures across sectors.
• Run tailored analytics for specific engagements, including complex scenarios.
• Develop repeatable analytical approaches to improve audit evidence quality and consistency.
• Translate analytical results into outputs audit teams can use in their work.
• Build audit, accounting and data skills while working toward the ACA qualification.
