Soho House & Co. is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our data team in London to enhance our data-platform, develop analytics features in transformations, and improve scalability.

You will design performant SQL data models in dbt, optimize Snowflake usage, manage dbt Cloud, and collaborate with data engineers to deliver end-to-end analytics with Omni/Looker BI support.

Qualificações

• Strong SQL and data modelling for analytics.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience and performance tuning.
• Experience with dbt Cloud/Core and scheduling workflows.
• Experience with semantic layers for BI tools (Omni or Looker).
• Familiar with data observability tools and quality monitoring.
• GitHub repository management and automated tests.

Responsabilidades

• Develop advanced SQL transformations in dbt for complex analytics.
• Optimise Snowflake spend and dbt build times, tune models.
• Set up and manage dbt projects for scalable, maintainable codebase.
• Administer dbt Cloud (Fusion) scheduling and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate transformation and ingestion layers.
• Implement data observability processes to ensure data quality.
• Manage Semantic Layer in Omni for governed metrics.
• Maintain GitHub workflows and testing automation.
• Contribute to master data management documentation and coding standards.
