Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our global Analytics team in London. You will model data, build robust dbt pipelines, and deliver reliable datasets for budgeting, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineers, Analysts and Commercial leadership to drive data-informed decisions. You will own ELT workflows, optimize data models for speed, and contribute to product analytics strategy with a focus on cross-functional impact and

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge and data modeling fundamentals.
• Extensive dbt experience across development and deployment lifecycles.
• Understanding of data warehousing, cost drivers, security, and best practices.
• Experience with streaming or batch data ingestion systems.
• Ability to improve performance and usability of data models.
• Translate business requirements into reliable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor peers.
• Contribute to product decisions through analytical insights.
• Proactive, autonomous problem solving and learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust dimensional data models from diverse sources.
• Enhance model efficiency, accessibility, and reduce runtimes.
