In this role, you'll lead the analysis of customer behaviour and commercial data, using predictive and advanced analytics to influence high-level decision-making across trading, CRM, and marketing. You’ll be a key voice in the room, translating complex findings into clear, actionable strategies that improve performance and customer experience.
