Growth Manager – Field Doctor

Full-time | Remote (UK-based) with weekly meetings in SW (e.g. Bath,Bristol) or London

At Field Doctor, we have one clearmission: to create delicious, science-led meals that support betterhealth. We believe in food as medicine, and since launching, we'veseen rapid growth. We're now looking for a hands-on Growth Manager tohelp execute our direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy in 2025and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for adata-driven, execution-focused marketer who can implement campaignsacross online and offline channels. You'll be responsible for theday-to-day management of our marketing activities, optimizingperformance and driving high-quality customer acquisition andretention.

About Field Doctor

Wecreate chef-made, dietitian-designed meals tailored to specific healthneeds—supporting conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, IBS, andoverall well-being. Our meals are handcrafted in small batches inSomerset and delivered nationwide, offering customers personalizednutrition at their doorstep.

Our D2C business is thriving, andwe're also building a B2B growth channel, targeting health, care,corporate wellness, students, and employee meals. Since our nationallaunch in 2021, we've helped thousands of customers and delivered over1 million meals. We operate with a subscription-first model whileoffering one-off purchases for new customers.

About the Role

Full-time | Remote-first withweekly team meetings in SW (e.g. Bath, Bristol) or London

Reporting to the CCO, the Growth Manager will work closely withour marketing team to execute customer acquisition and retentioncampaigns to drive business growth in the UK.

This is ahands-on execution role where you'll be responsible for implementingperformance marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, executing CRMactivities, and supporting business development initiatives. You'llfocus on tactical execution to ensure our marketing efforts deliverstrong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

·Execute the D2C marketing plan across paid, organic, and offlinechannels

· Manage day-to-day operations of marketingchannels including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting

· Implement digital acquisition campaigns across:

  • Paid Social, SEM (performance + brand)
  • Display,Native, Video
  • Affiliate programs and Influencer outreach
  • Email marketing and SMS campaigns

· Coordinate offline marketing activities including Direct Mail,Flyers/Inserts, and Events

· Execute customer retentioninitiatives through CRM and lifecycle marketing

· Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and prepare regular reportson key metrics (CAC, ROI, etc.)

· Support thedevelopment of creative assets and messaging for campaigns

· Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely campaignexecution

Who You Are

A detail-oriented,action-driven marketer with strong execution skills and a data-focusedmindset.

Experience & Background

·2+ years in e-commerce marketing, with experience in campaignexecution

· Hands-on experience running digitalmarketing campaigns

· Experience with emailmarketing platforms and CRM systems

· Familiarity with D2C subscription businesses is a plus

· Comfortable working with data and using it to optimize campaignperformance

· A doer who thrives on executionand getting things done
