Role Overview

The mission of this role is to drive value creation through advanced analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.

Location: Flexible: Poland, Sweden, CZE, Finland, near our Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Create, conduct, and develop analysis for decision support areas such as assortment management, distribution/route to market decisions, promotions/articles and products management, and services.
• Identify analytics objects that drive value in these areas.
• Focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics to answer "what will happen" and "what should we do" questions.
• Provide analysis, visualization, interpretation, and recommendations for business value creation, including opportunity and risk quantification, sensitivity analysis, optimization, and advanced modeling.
• Collaborate with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teams.
• Lead reporting and analytics development projects and contribute to the BI team’s roadmap.

Key Experiences Required:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Finance or Economics).
• Over 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, analytics, or FP&A roles.
• Experience working with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, programming languages, AI, SQL, and BI tools is an asset.
