You will be involved in numerical analysis, business planning, financial modelling, report writing, and devising and implementing strategic interventions.

Team Overview

Savills Investment Strategy and Asset Management (ISAM) helps a range of investors in devising and executing their real estate investment strategies at an asset, portfolio, or corporate level. We pride ourselves on our cross-sector experience and ability to solve complex problems through a multidisciplinary approach.

Our clients include pension funds, living sector investment platforms, public bodies, and charity endowments, for whom we are long-term, trusted advisors.

We focus on optimizing existing portfolios through strategic asset management, developing long-term business plans, and creating short-term roadmaps for value realization. Whether guiding on target returns, portfolio liquidity, divestment/acquisition strategies, sector allocations, or risk management, we help devise strategies and work alongside clients to execute them. This includes active strategic asset management, managing divestment programs, and more.

The team is part of the Operational Capital Markets division within a wider ISAM Sector Group spanning multiple Savills UK divisions. The current team includes a Director, Senior Associate, and Graduate.
