SUMMARY

Welltower is one of the world's largest real estate investment trusts, with a global portfolio of over 100,000 Senior Housing & Wellness Housing units. Our UK team, based in London, manages a large portfolio of senior housing assets (over 9,000 units across more than 100 assets) and is seeking to expand through acquisitions and development. To support our growth, we are looking to add a Senior Analyst/Associate to our team. As a Senior Analyst/Associate, you will analyze potential investments in seniors housing. We are looking for real estate investment professionals with strong financial modeling skills, market knowledge, and curiosity about the senior housing sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and select a wide range of investment opportunities across the risk spectrum and capital stack.
• Build financial models and underwrite new investments.
• Draft investment committee recommendations and seek internal approvals.
• Support and manage the acquisition process from initial valuation and market analysis through deal structuring, due diligence, and closing.
• Engage in asset management activities, including portfolio performance analysis, evaluation of operator requests, and review of budgets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate investments. Senior living experience is a plus but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in real estate financial modeling in Excel (a test will be part of the hiring process).

Education:

• BS or BA in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field is required.
