Team Overview

Savills Investment Strategy and Asset Management (ISAM) helps investors devise and execute real estate strategies at various levels. We pride ourselves on cross-sector experience and solving complex problems through a multidisciplinary approach.

Our clients include pension funds, living sector investment platforms, public bodies, and charity endowments, for whom we serve as long-term trusted advisors.

We focus on portfolio optimization through strategic asset management, developing long-term business plans, and creating short-term roadmaps to realize value. Whether guiding on target returns, liquidity, divestment/acquisition strategies, sector allocations, or risk management, we assist in devising and executing strategies. This includes active asset management and managing divestment programs.

The team is part of the Operational Capital Markets division within a wider ISAM Sector Group, comprising a Director, Senior Associate, and Graduate.
