Job summary

Infrassocs Limited, a London-based advisory firm within a major European financial group, is seeking ambitious Analysts and Associates to join its lean team. You will work on M&A and capital raising transactions across European infrastructure and energy, building robust financial models and presenting to clients and lenders.

This role offers exposure to a wide network of investors, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to lead deal execution in Europe’s infrastructure and energy

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic background with strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• 2-6 years' experience in investment banking (M&A or debt advisory), or in infrastructure/energy fund, developer or IPP, with exposure to transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial understanding of infrastructure and energy assets and project economics.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player confident sharing views with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models, including DCF valuations and debt sizing, to support transactions and client advice.
• Engage directly with clients and a wide network of investors and lenders.
• Support and lead the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors in Europe.
• Prepare marketing materials, including teasers, information memoranda and client presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams with clients, investors, lenders and external advisers.
