You will work on high-profile deals, supporting all aspects of investment and advisory processes, from market research and financial modelling to preparing investor materials and managing execution. Role Overview

• Work across both advisory and principal investing, supporting fundraises, M&A processes, and direct investments across Europe and North America.
• Perform in-depth company evaluation including financial and commercial due diligence.
• Build financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis) and valuations.
• Prepare investor presentations, investment committee materials, and deal‑related documentation.
• Partner closely with the founder and senior team, gaining top‑tier mentorship and exposure.
• Entrepreneurial culture offering early responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications
