Our prestigious client is a leading European real estate firm specializing in UK & European real estate investment opportunities. The firm manages the full cycle of real estate investments, with expertise in Alternative Capital Markets, off-market transactions, due diligence, financial and transnational modeling, legal structuring, financing, debt negotiations, and exit strategies, working closely with operating partners.

Following internal restructuring, our client is seeking a Hotel & Hospitality Senior Analyst / Analyst to join their growing team in the ACM division. The role involves proactive management of investment projects, including analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, site visits, transaction documentation, and collaboration with local partners across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of real estate investing in the UK & Europe, investment analysis, financial modeling, and project management. Responsibilities also include brokering deals, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and perform due diligence on hotel and hospitality real estate investments across the UK.
• Create financial models, conduct market research, and liaise with stakeholders to evaluate investments.
• Oversee due diligence processes with technical, valuation, and legal advisers.
• Coordinate with legal and tax advisers for structuring acquisitions.
• Prepare investment memoranda for internal and investor review.
• Engage in meetings with investors, partners, and investment committees to discuss opportunities and asset management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in private equity real estate funds within UK or European Hotels & Hospitality sector.
• Experience in real estate finance and development related to Hotels & Hospitality.
• Background in a real estate agency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment, finance, and real estate terminology.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience managing due diligence with third-party advisers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred; CFA level is a plus.
• Fluency in English and another European language is preferred.
