SE London and NE London (Remote-based)

Our client specialises in delivering expert residential property services across London. Inspired by the professionalism and local expertise they bring a deep understanding of London's diverse property landscape to every valuation, survey and client interaction.

The Role They are seeking qualified and experienced Residential Surveyors to join their growing team, focusing on properties in your tight patch. You’ll carry out a range of valuation and surveying tasks, combining technical excellence with market knowledge to support our clients and lender partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake valuations for lenders, private clients, and internal purposes across Deliver L2 HomeBuyer Reports and Condition Reports to RICS standards. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and professionalism in all survey documentation. Provide insights on property values and trends in the local market. Maintain compliance with RICS regulations, Red Book standards, and internal quality protocols.

Requirements include:

• MRICS, AssocRICS, or FRICS accreditation. Previous experience in residential surveying within London (preferred). Strong knowledge of SE and NE London property markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
